I have seen people with one eye stay inward and have always wondered what caused it, until I learned about CN III, IV, VI nerve palsy. The causes are much more serious than I thought.

CNIII, IV, VI nerve palsy could be caused by a brain aneurysm, diabetes or a blood clot. The muscles that control our eye movement are controlled by cranial nerves (CN). Compression and weak blood supply to these nerves can make eye muscles on one side weaker or even lose function. The imbalance of both sides of the eyes causes what we see in the picture.
If you see someone with a seemingly lazy eye, they could potentially have something serious. Again, go check it out at a GP please.
